21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Marwari Mitra Mandal (Singapore), convened by the Management Committee pursuant to Rule No. 8 of the Constitution of the Mandal, will be held as follows: Date: Saturday, 27th June 2026 Venue: Function Room, The Makena 121 Meyer Road, Singapore 437932 Program Schedule 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Registration & Lunch 1:30 PM onwards: Annual General Meeting Guidelines for AGM
  1. The AGM is strictly open to Members only.
  2. Members are requested to clear all outstanding dues by 20th June 2026. Only paid members will be permitted to attend the AGM.
  3. Members wishing to raise any question or comment during the AGM are requested to indicate by raising their hand.
  4. In support of the green movement, printed copies of the Annual Accounts and Minutes of the Previous AGM will not be distributed at the venue. Members are encouraged to bring their own copies.
