Guidelines for AGM
- The AGM is strictly open to Members only.
- Members are requested to clear all outstanding dues by 20th June 2026. Only paid members will be permitted to attend the AGM.
- Members wishing to raise any question or comment during the AGM are requested to indicate by raising their hand.
- In support of the green movement, printed copies of the Annual Accounts and Minutes of the Previous AGM will not be distributed at the venue. Members are encouraged to bring their own copies.
Agenda
- Welcome Address by the President
- To confirm the Minutes of the 20th Annual General Meeting held on 29th June 2025
- To receive the Annual Report of the Management Committee for the year 2025-26
- To ratify the appointment of Auditor NKR Audit Alliance PAC in place of Auditor Natarajan Swaminathan who has resigned.
- To receive and, if approved, adopt the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025
- To appoint the External Auditor NKR Audit Alliance PAC, who have expressed their willingness to continue as Auditors, subject to approval by the House
- To transact any other business for which written notice has been received by the Secretary at least seven (7) days prior to the AGM
- To elect the Office Bearers of the Management Committee for the term 2026–2028
- To elect the Committee Members of the Management Committee for the term 2026–2028
